Teeling – Single Malt (70cl, 46%)

Teeling Single Malt is an Irish single malt in a 70cl bottle at 46% abv, and it is not chill-filtered. It is the third release in the Teeling range of whiskeys without an age statement. It was made by John Teeling and his sons at the Teeling Whiskey Company, which they founded after the sale of Cooley distillery in 2012. The blend draws on single malts of up to 23 years old, matured in five kinds of wine cask: sherry, port, Madeira, white Burgundy and Cabernet Sauvignon. It is described as lively and well balanced, with dried fruit, citrus, vanilla, spice and clove.
