Teeling – Small Batch Irish Whiskey (46%)

Teeling Small Batch is an Irish whiskey from the independent Teeling Whiskey of Dublin, blended from grain and malt whiskeys. It is bottled at 46% without chill filtration. The whiskey is matured first in ex-bourbon casks, then finished in Central American rum casks. The nose is vanilla, caramel and subtle oak, with tropical fruit and gentle spice. On the palate come toffee, dried fruit and baking spices, with a touch of molasses sweetness. The finish is long, warming and softly spiced, with lingering sweetness and oak.
