This is a limited-edition Irish blended whiskey from Teeling, released in 2026 in collaboration with Notre Dame. It is Teeling Small Batch finished in rum casks, bottled at 46% (92 proof) in a 750ml bottle.
The bottle carries two commemorative Notre Dame Fighting Irish logo engravings, filled with gold colour.
The nose is described as vanilla bean, honey, orchard apple and toasted oak, with a little rum sweetness. On the palate come caramel cream, ripe pear, cinnamon and brown sugar, and the finish is medium in length, with vanilla, soft oak tannins and a hint of rum barrel sweetness.
