Teeling Single Pot Still is an Irish whiskey distilled in Dublin, bottled at 46% ABV in a 75cl bottle with no age statement. It is non-chill filtered. The mash is half malted and half unmalted barley, and the whiskey is triple distilled. It is matured in American virgin oak, bourbon casks and sherry casks. The producer describes it as the first whiskey distilled in Dublin in nearly 50 years, a nod to the city's lost pot still tradition. The nose brings fresh fruit, grapefruit, lychee and spice, with cinnamon, cream soda and roasted almond. The palate is peaches, poached pears and cooked grains with allspice, moving to kumquat and honey. The finish is dry spice with muscovado sweetness.
