This Teithmill is an 11 year old single malt bottled by Thompson Bros. at 54.1%, in a 70cl bottle. Teithmill is the code name under which Deanston distillate is released. It was distilled on 19 February 2014, matured in a refill hogshead and bottled in May 2025, in an edition of 305 bottles.
The nose is expressive and generous, with marshmallow, nougat, Demerara sugar and a freshness reminiscent of Col Fondo prosecco. The palate is biscuity, with cookie dough, nougat and shortbread, moving towards herbal notes of jalapeño, nettle, green pepper and linden leaves. The finish is delicate and lasting, supported by subtle spice and the density of the distillate.
