Templeton Bourbon Fortitude is the first bourbon from Templeton Distillery in Templeton, Iowa. It is bottled at 46% ABV, or 92 proof, with natural colour and without chill-filtration.
The mash bill is 55% corn, 40% rye and 5% malted barley, and the result is a straight bourbon matured in charred virgin American oak barrels. The corn is grown within 15 miles of the distillery, and the spirit is made in column and copper stills from Forsyth.
