A 30 year old blended grain Scotch whisky from That Boutique-y Whisky Company, bottled at 47.8% in a 70cl bottle. It is a blend of single grain whiskies, each aged in ex-bourbon casks.
It is bottled at natural colour and without chill filtration.
The nose is soft, with vanilla fudge, toasted coconut, crème brûlée, honey, gentle oak and dried flowers. The palate is velvety and creamy, with caramel, toffee apple and milk chocolate, lifted by subtle citrus and spice. The finish is long, leaving vanilla, nutmeg and a delicate sweetness.
