The Chita is a single grain Japanese whisky from Suntory, in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV. It was matured in a mix of wine casks, Spanish sherry casks and charred American oak.
The colour is light honey. On the nose there is white chocolate, soft spices, vanilla and fresh citrus. The palate is round and delicate, with crème brûlée and corn sweetness, followed by a subtle oak finish that stays long and warm.
