This is a commemorative English single malt from The English Distillery, made to mark 80 years since the D-Day landings in Normandy. It is a collaboration with Walking With The Wounded, a Norfolk charity that supports veterans. The whisky was matured in a combination of ex-bourbon casks and virgin oak casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl decanter, and the release runs to 1,200 bottles.
