The GlenAllachie 12 Year Old is a Speyside single malt, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
The whisky matures in a selection of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks, virgin oak and ex-bourbon barrels. Billy Walker is the master distiller behind it, and in 2025 it won World's Best Single Malt at the World Whiskies Awards.
The nose offers heather honey, raisins, dark chocolate and candied orange, with cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. The palate is rich and creamy, with caramel, figs, cocoa and sweet spice, and the finish is long and warm, with chocolate, candied fruit, coffee and toasted oak.
