The GlenAllachie 15 Year Old is a Speyside single malt from a distillery at the foot of Ben Rinnes. GlenAllachie is one of Scotland's few independently owned and managed distilleries, led by Billy Walker, who has spent 50 years in whisky. Tasting notes describe fig syrup, mocha and treacle, then dark chocolate, sweet spices and heather honey, with ginger on the finish.
