This is a 15 year old single malt from The GlenDronach, matured in sherry casks and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. In the glass it is old copper with a golden tinge.
The nose is rich and heady, with maraschino cherry, ripe blackberry and dark chocolate mint, along with orange bitters and walnut liqueur. The palate brings honey-glazed apricot and ripe fig, building to black cherry, angelica and muscovado sugar.
