The GlenDronach Forgue 10 Years Old is a Highland single malt in a 1 litre bottle at 43%, first released for travel retail. It takes its name from Forgue, the area where the distillery has stood since 1826.
The whisky matured for ten years in a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose is described as blood orange, cherries, roasted chestnuts, cocoa and soft winter spices. On the palate come ripe berries, barley, caramel praline and orange. The finish is long, with nutmeg spice and oak.
