Ode to the Valley is a Highland single malt from The GlenDronach, part of The Master's Anthology. It is matured in sherry casks and in Ruby Port casks from Portugal's Douro Valley, and bottled at 46.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The nose shows summer berries, milk chocolate, Demerara sugar and apricot. On the palate come blackberry, baked apple, spicy gingerbread and sweet plum. It is full-bodied and smooth, with a pleasantly long finish.
