The Glenlivet 12 Year Old Provence Edition is a limited-edition Speyside single malt from the Beyond Speyside series. After 12 years of ageing, a portion of the whisky is finished in three French wine casks: Côtes de Provence white wine casks from Château Sainte Marguerite, Rivesaltes casks and Sauternes casks.
On the nose there is white peach, nectarine, pear, honeysuckle and vanilla. The palate brings ripe orchard fruit, citrus zest, crème brûlée and marmalade. The finish is long and fruit-forward, with floral honey and soft oak.
