The Glenlivet 18 Year Old Batch Reserve is a Speyside single malt, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. The Glenlivet distillery was founded in 1824 and lies in the Speyside region of Scotland.
The whisky was matured in American white oak casks, selected with care to give it depth.
On the nose, oak leads, followed by sweet fruit and toffee. The palate is soft and balanced, with plenty of spice, bitter orange and dry oak. The finish is long, with a touch of oak and spice.
