This is an 18 year old single malt Scotch whisky from Glenlivet in Speyside, bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It was matured in a combination of first and second fill American oak and sherry casks. It has won two golds at the International Wine and Spirits Competition.
The nose is big and well-rounded, with sultanas, sherried peels, barley sugar, toasty cereals, apple blossom, fudge and gentle wisps of smoke. The palate is full and rich, with tannic oak, Manuka honey, walnut, Cox's apples, orange peel and cut herbs. The finish is long and dry, with spicy oak.
