This is The Glenlivet Founder's Reserve, a single malt Scotch whisky from Speyside, in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV.
It is made using the distillation methods introduced by George Smith, with water from mountain streams. The whisky is a pale gold colour.
The nose offers sweet orange and citrus fruit. On the palate come pear, toffee apple and zesty orange over a creamy sweetness. The finish is long, rounded with zesty fruit.
