This is a Speyside single malt from The Glenlivet's Nàdurra range, bottled at a cask strength of 59.1% in a 70cl bottle. Nàdurra is Gaelic for natural, and the whisky is not chill-filtered. This is batch FF0915.
It is matured entirely in first-fill American white oak casks, which have not held Scotch whisky before.
The nose is fresh green apple, pear, creamy vanilla, lemon zest, fudge and toasted coconut. The palate brings tropical fruit, ripe banana, honey, vanilla custard and gentle oak spice. The finish is long, with citrus peel, sweet oak, soft white pepper and a touch of floral sweetness.
