The Glenrothes Minister's Reserve is a single malt bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to the distillery's Reserve series, which also includes Elder's Reserve, Manes Reserve and Select Reserve.
It was matured mostly in Spanish oak barrels that previously held sherry, and the reddish amber colour reflects this.
A classic sherry note comes through clearly.
