This is a 12 year old Macallan single malt from Speyside, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. Its colour is natural.
Unlike expressions that move between two or three different casks, it matured in a single type of cask, sherry oak.
It is soft, as Macallan usually is, yet full and round on the palate, with dried fruit, pastry and raisins. A light touch of wood comes at the end.
