The Macallan 15 Years Old Double Cask is a Speyside single malt matured in two kinds of cask: Oloroso sherry casks made from American oak, and casks of European oak. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle and is of natural colour.
The nose offers chocolate, sweetness, dried fruit and orange. On the palate, chocolate and dried fruit return alongside black tea, ginger and nuts. The finish is medium in length with a spicy note.
