The Macallan 18 Years Old Sherry Oak is a Scotch single malt from the 2026 release, matured in sherry-seasoned oak casks. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle, with natural colour.
Mahogany in the glass, it shows the influence of European oak casks seasoned with sherry. The nose offers ginger-spiced treacle tart, raisins and sultanas macerated with orange, and ground cinnamon.
On the palate, dark chocolate-covered ginger meets dates and dried apricots, balanced by oak and vanilla sweetness. The finish is long, with dried fruit, ginger and oak.
