The Macallan Classic Cut 2021 is a single malt in a 70cl bottle at 51% ABV. It was created by the Whisky Mastery Team to show the part ex-bourbon American oak casks play in the Macallan range.
The whisky combines the sweet lightness of those casks with the depth and complexity of the distillery's sherry seasoned American oak casks.
The 2021 expression is described as showing sweeter notes of gingerbread, fruit jellies and marzipan.
