The Macallan Distil Your World Paris – El Celler Can Roca (70cl, 47.2%)

This is a Speyside single malt from The Macallan, the Paris edition of Distil Your World, with El Celler Can Roca. It is bottled at 47.2% in a 70cl bottle. The whisky is matured in three kinds of wood: Bourbon, Sherry and Cognac. American oak ex-sherry casks bring creamy, floral notes, while bourbon barrels add tropical, toasted and fragrant touches. European oak seasoned with sherry contributes gentle spice and depth, and cognac casks add aromatic richness. Sweetness, spice and fruit are meant to sit together in balance.
