The Macallan Edition No. 2 is a single malt from Speyside, the 2016 edition, bottled at 48.2% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is a limited edition created by Macallan master blender Bob Dalgarno together with the Spanish chefs Joan, Josep and Jordi Roca.
The whisky brings together spirit from sherry puncheons, sherry butts and refill hogsheads.
It is described as floral and fruity, with black pepper.
