The Macallan Fine Oak 10 Year Old is a single malt bottled at 40% ABV. It was matured in European and American oak casks that previously held sherry or bourbon.
The Fine Oak series was launched in 2004 with triple matured expressions, vatted from sherry-seasoned European and American oak together with bourbon casks. In 2018 the range was renamed Triple Cask, to sit alongside the Sherry Oak Cask and Double Cask age statements in the core range. This ten year old is described as smooth and delicate.
