This is a single malt from The Macallan, bottled at 44% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is the first limited edition in the annual Harmony Collection series.
It was created in collaboration with the pastry chef Jordi Roca of El Celler de Can Roca, a three Michelin star restaurant, and it takes chocolate as its theme. The whisky is made from spirit aged in sherry-seasoned European oak casks and sherry-seasoned American oak casks.
The presentation box is fully recyclable and is made using husks from cacao pods.
