The Macallan Vibrant Oak is a Speyside single malt from the Harmony Collection, bottled at 44.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Its colour is described as autumn leaf.
The nose opens with vanilla pod, sweet sorbet and lime zest, giving way to fragrant pears set in a delicate vanilla sponge. The palate brings creamy vanilla panna cotta, buttery shortbread, lightly toasted coconut with almond crunch, apple and sweet oak. The finish is medium and sweet, with lingering vanilla.
