The Macallan M, 2023 Release is a single malt from the Macallan distillery in Speyside. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
Its distinguishing feature is the cask selection: it is matured in a small number of oak casks that previously held sherry, each one chosen individually.
The 2023 release has a notably dark colour, among the deepest the distillery produces.
