The Macallan Maker's Edition 1930's Ocean Liner is a Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 42.8%. It is one of four labels in the series, alongside Roadster, Propeller Plane and Locomotive. The distillery manager, Bob Dalgarno, put it together from a mix of sherry and bourbon casks, and chose 42.8% as his preferred drinking strength. It was first released for global travel retail. It is described as fruity, sweet and spicy.
