It was matured in four kinds of cask: European sherry oak, American sherry oak, American ex-bourbon and hogshead. Each cask was hand picked for quality.
It is described as fresh and aromatic, with strong, pleasing orchard fruit notes, and a finish of vanilla with a touch of ginger.
