The Macallan The Harmony Collection Fresh Coconut is a limited edition Speyside single malt, bottled at 46.3% in a 70cl bottle. It comes from the Harmony Collection, The Macallan's annual limited series. No coconut is added. The character comes from the spirit, the oak casks and the maturation, which bring out fresh coconut alongside creamy vanilla, citrus, fruit and fine wood notes. The nose is fresh coconut, creamy vanilla and citrus, with light fruit, sweet spices and oak. The palate is full and creamy, with coconut and vanilla at the centre, balanced by citrus and ripe fruit. The finish is long, soft and harmonious.
