Elements Red Wine Cask is a single malt Israeli whisky from The Milk & Honey Distillery, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in barrels from Israeli wineries. The Mediterranean climate, with hot sunny days and cool nights, and a variety of soil types give Israeli wine a spicy character, which passes to the casks. The nose has red dried fruits, oak, ginger and coconut. The palate is light-bodied, with wine flavours coating the mouth, subtle vanilla and oak, and gentle floral blossom. The finish is medium, with dried fruits and wine lingering.
