The Sassenach Blended Scotch Whisky (70cl, 46%)

A blended Scotch whisky bottled at 46%, made mostly from single malt aged between 9 and 12 years. It is combined with a 21-year-old organic single grain whisky matured in bourbon barrels, and the blend is finished in Madeira casks. The name nods to the television series Outlander, and the whisky was created by Sam Heughan, who stars in it. It is non-chill filtered and uses natural colour only. The single malt gives the blend its fruity character, the organic grain adds a balanced, subtle note, and the Madeira casks bring further richness to the fruit.
