A blended malt from Ian Macleod Distillers that combines single malts from six Scottish islands: Islay, Jura, Skye, Mull, Orkney and Arran. A port cask finish adds fruit to the smoky island character. It is a limited release bottled at 48%, non-chill-filtered and without added colour.
Aromatic smoke, orange peel and cranberry show on the nose, with a note of banana toffee tart and fresh dill. Red fruit and cream meet a touch of vanilla on the palate, with watermelon, grapefruit and gentle peat smoke. The finish is short, fresh and sweet, with a mild trace of peat.
