The Sun is a blended whisky from the Wakatsuru Saburomaru distillery, made from equal parts malt and grain whisky and bottled at 48% ABV.
Half of the blend is peated malt whisky from the distillery, partly aged in casks of the very rare Mizunara oak. The other half is grain whisky aged for 12 years in Bourbon casks.
