A 33-year-old single malt from Tormore, distilled in 1992 and bottled by The Whisky Jury from a single refill hogshead. It was bottled at 41.8% in a 70cl bottle, and only 249 bottles were filled. Tormore stands near the village of Advie in Speyside. Its distillery was completed in 1960 to a design by Sir Albert Richardson, and it has a clock tower. Tasting notes describe a classic style: oxidised, polished fruit and delicate leather, followed by a long finish that is notable at this strength.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
