The Whistler Dark Symphony is a small batch Irish blended whiskey from Boann Distillery in County Meath, in a 70cl bottle at 43%. It is triple distilled, of natural colour and non-chill-filtered.
The whiskey was finished in NEOC (New Era Oak Casks) Cognac casks.
The nose is fresh, with orchard and forest fruits, cinnamon, treacle and citrus. The palate is creamy, with burnt orange, vanilla, chocolate, raisins and coffee. The finish is dry and medium long, with hints of dried fruit and spice.
