The Whistler Mosaic is an Irish whiskey from Boann Distillery, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It begins in bourbon casks and is then finished in sweet Marsala casks from Sicily, giving a fruity style with a light wine sweetness.
The nose is peach, honey, raisins, light spice and soft wine aromas. The palate is soft, round and slightly sweet, with ripe stone fruit, caramel, Marsala, toffee and subtle spice. The finish is warm, of medium length, fruity and sweet.
