The Whistler P.X. I Love You is an Irish single malt made from 100% malted barley, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV.
It was first matured in Bourbon casks, then finished for several months in former Pedro Ximénez sherry casks.
The whisky comes from Boann Distillery, founded in 2015 by the Cooney family. The name comes from Boann, the Irish goddess of the River Boyne, and stories and myths are central to the distillery.
