Thomas H. Handy Sazerac 2021 Barrel Proof Release Straight Rye Whiskey (75cl, 64.8%)

Thomas H. Handy Sazerac is a straight rye whiskey from the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection. This is the limited 2021 release, in a 750ml bottle at a barrel-proof 64.75% ABV (129.5 proof) and bottled uncut. The name honours the New Orleans bartender associated with the classic Sazerac cocktail. The flavours are described as layers of rye spice, dark fruit, caramel, oak, citrus peel and warming baking spice.
