Timorous Beastie 21 Years Old Sherry Edition is a blended malt Scotch whisky from Douglas Laing & Co, bottled at 46.8% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is sweet and warming, with oloroso sherry, barley and soft macerated summer fruits. On the palate come honey and raisins, lifted by crushed demerara sugar. The finish is gently warm and peppery, with rich tones of cocoa, vanilla and burnt meringue.
