Tipperary Homegrown Barley #1 is an Irish single malt from the Tipperary Boutique Distillery, in a 70cl bottle at 50% ABV. The distillery was founded in 2014 on Ballindoney Farm, which has belonged to the Ahearn family for generations. The farm lies in County Tipperary, in the Golden Vale. Jennifer Nickerson, Stuart Nickerson and Liam Ahearn set it up to make Irish whiskey only from barley grown on the farm, following the motto 'Grain to Bottle'.
