Redbreast 15 Year Old is an Irish single pot still whiskey made at the Midleton Distillery in County Cork. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The distillery, which also counts Jameson and Tullamore Dew among its names, dates from 1825 and was completely rebuilt in 1975. Since 1988 it has belonged to the French group Pernod Ricard.
Redbreast is the old word for a robin, a name that remembers a past manager of the distillery who was a great lover of birds.
