This is a 25 year old Tobermory finished in Oloroso casks and bottled at 48.1% ABV. It is the third release in the distillery's Hebridean Series, and the whisky is unpeated.
It is bottled at natural colour and without chill-filtration.
The character is light, open and zesty, with red and stone fruit flavours that lean towards freshness rather than the heavier, jammy notes of the earlier release in the series.
