Tomatin – 10 Year Old 2010/2022 G&M Discovery (70cl, 43%)

A ten-year-old Tomatin from the Gordon & MacPhail Discovery range, distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2022. It matured in ex-bourbon casks, which the green spout on the bottle signals in the range's colour code. It is bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle, with natural colour and without chill-filtering. The nose is rich, with floral honey, sweet orchard fruit and oak. The palate brings blossom, mixed fruit, peach, vanilla and oak, and the finish is malty caramel, strong yet soft, with oak.
