Tomatin – 10 Year Old Manzanilla Sherry Cask (70cl, 46%)

Tomatin 10 Manzanilla Sherry Cask is a Highland single malt from the 2014 vintage, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is the first release in the Sherry Collection, The Manzanilla Edition, and was matured in Manzanilla butts. It is non-chill filtered and of natural colour. The nose is sourdough bread and salted popcorn. On the palate, dried fruits, chamomile tea, grapefruit, maple syrup and salted walnut sit in balance. The finish is slightly salty, as is typical of Manzanilla sherry, with warming brown butter.
