Tomatin 12 Year Old is a Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled by the distillery at 43% ABV. It was matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks.
The nose is spicy, with nuts and herbs alongside a malty, aromatic character. The palate is sweet and fruity, with caramel and more nuts, and a full, intense flavour. The finish has a ginger-like spiciness, with very soft, mild smoke over the top.
