Tomatin – 18 Year Old

This is an 18 year old Tomatin single malt from the Highlands. It is first matured in refill American oak casks, then married in Oloroso sherry butts before bottling. The American oak keeps Tomatin's smooth, fruity spirit in the foreground, with vibrant fruit and creamy vanilla. The sherry butts add dried fruit, dark chocolate, roasted nuts and warming spice, giving a silky texture.
